With Easter just around the corner, Brizo Restaurant and Bar celebrates this family holiday with a convivial Easter Funday. Dive into a barbeque and seafood buffet luncheon with activities suited for both the young and old on Sunday, 5 April 2015! Children below 6 years eat for FREE!

Enjoy a delectable assortment of a la minute grilled highlights such as Angus strip loin marinated with Dijon Mustard & Thyme, Baby Pork Back Rib with Smoked BBQ Sauce, Tiger Prawn marinated in Cajun Spice & Black Pepper and more, in the alfresco area outside the restaurant.

On the chef’s carving station, the robust flavours of German Pork Knuckle and Gourmet Sausages with Sauerkraut as well as the Oven Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb with Herb Crust are sure to satisfy the cravings of holiday palates.

A wide seafood spread is also available on the buffet with appetisers such as Alaskan Crab leg, Chilean Scallops and Fresh Oysters and hot dishes like Brizo Signature Chilli Crab, Smoked Salmon and Asparagus Frittata and Butter King Prawns with Fried Curry Leaves.

For the sweet tooth, Bunny Chocolates, Assorted Egg Candies in a Nest and freshly baked waffles await on the dessert counter. Brizo also offers a Children’s Buffet which includes mini beef burgers, fries and chicken nuggets.

A host of Easter activities has been lined up at Brizo with entertainment from Mr Bottle’s Magic Show, ‘Guess the Number of Eggs on the Tree’ Contest, Egg Painting Competition, Bunny Face Painting for the little ones, and more!
