10 cool exercises for kids

As adults, most of us try to get into some sort of exercise routine to help maintain good health and the ideal body weight. Unfortunately, most parents don’t see the need to inculcate this important routine into their children’s life. Being a good role model that shows exercise as a fun activity, will help encourage your child to be more enthusiastic about exercising. Here are some cool exercises for kids to pick up.

Dancing

Although this may seem a little odd to some parents, dancing is something most kids simply adore doing. This is evident from a very young age when toddles display wobbly movements every time music is played. Turning on the music and simply encouraging your child to display his/her dancing moves will definitely be an exercise that is filled with fun and laughter.
