As adults, most of us try to get into some sort of exercise routine to help maintain good health and the ideal body weight. Unfortunately, most parents don’t see the need to inculcate this important routine into their children’s life. Being a good role model that shows exercise as a fun activity, will help encourage your child to be more enthusiastic about exercising. Here are some cool exercises for kids to pick up.

Kids seem to love jogging or running “in place”. Putting on some music to create the mood, get your child to jog, hop or run “in place” and you will both soon be enjoying fun filled exercise sessions.
