5 more farms you never knew existed

You can’t beat a visit to a farm. Luckily in Singapore the farms are not too far away and you don’t have to travel overseas for a rustic retreat.¬†Farm visits have a lot to offer the family aside from the brief escape away from the city. Kids can learn about where the food comes from, interact with farm animals and or just enjoy nature. After spending time outdoors with your kids why not bring home some of the fresh produce? It’s better than making a normal trip down to the supermarket.

Have you tried goat's milk? If not, you're in for a treat at Singapore's only goat farm. Hay Dairies is a small farm, with about 800 goats of mixed breeds and the farm uses the latest milking, pasteurising, homogenising and bottling technologies to produce the freshest goat's milk, which it sells directly to customers. Milking sessions are from 9am to 11am, so it is recommended that you arrive early in the morning.
