The Grandstand Hosts Mega Easter Egg Hunt

The hunt is on at The Grandstand Easter Weekend Open House, to be held from 18 to 20 April 2014 at Singapore’s trendy family lifestyle destination, The Grandstand. Touted as one of the biggest and liveliest egg hunts in Singapore, the Kids’ Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Sunday, the last day of the event, at 3pm.

Kids’ Easter Egg Hunt

Participating children will surely enjoy searching for the hidden Easter eggs — 100 all in all — which will be hidden around the premises of The Grandstand, from Level 1 to 7, across both North and South Grandstands. The top 3 winners who will find the most eggs and place them in their baskets in 20 minutes will each receive $50 vouchers from The Grandstand.

Foam board Easter egg fun

Those who cannot make it to the Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday will still have the chance to join in the fun. 30 ‘egg-stra’ large foam board Easter eggs will dot The Grandstand during all the 3 days of the event.

Those who are able to spot 1 foam board Easter egg can head down to the registration desk to get cash vouchers. Over $1000 worth of cash vouchers stand to be redeemed by all foam board egg-hunters.

Free activities with children activity passports

Even more fun can be had with The Grandstand’s children activity passports. These will be issued for free to all children upon registration at The Grandstand during these 3 event days.

Passport holders will enjoy tons of free egg-citing activities offered by participating shops, including dance, music, cooking, drawing and Lego classes, games and much more.

About The Grandstand: Your family lifestyle destination of choice

ma_grandstand647 - Copy

Formerly known as Turf City, The Grandstand is now a popular family lifestyle destination favoured by families and yuppies not only in the Bukit Timah area, but also from all around Singapore — thanks to the wide variety of playing, learning, shopping and dining options it offers. These unique offerings guarantee something for every member of the family.

The Grandstand, totalling 1 million square feet, is made up of 7 levels on the North Grandstand and 6 levels on the South Grandstand. Both wings are chock-full of experiences for children, as well as dining, retail and other services.

The Kids’ Cluster occupies the majority of the upper levels of The Grandstand and houses Singapore’s largest indoor playgrounds, enrichment centres, preschools and retail shops dedicated to children. There is also a wide variety of children enrichment centres at The Grandstand, including a cooking school for kids, a dance school, several art schools, a music school, a centre for LEGO® model building programmes and a kid’s therapy centre.

Also available at The Grandstand are shops retailing products such as children’s furniture, children’s clothing and art and craft supplies.

There are also many child-friendly restaurants at The Grandstand. The Tree House Café, for example, frequently tops parents’ lists for its free weekly activities such as art-and-craft sessions, face and hand painting, and balloon sculpting. All of the above-mentioned complete your one-stop family experience.

However, perhaps the deal-clincher for parents is the abundance of free parking spaces at The Grandstand — all 3,800 lots, to be exact. In addition, FREE shuttle bus services are available from Clementi MRT, Botanic Gardens MRT, Toa Payoh MRT and Bukit Timah Road, making it easier for you to experience everything that The Grandstand has to offer you!

The Grandstand is located at 200 Turf Club Road, Singapore 287994. For general enquiries, call 6463 4610 or email [email protected] For more information, visit here or their Facebook page.
